UOL, Hilton sign deal for first NoMad Hotel in Apac at former Faber House site

UOL Group is joining forces with international hospitality forerunner Hilton to present the initial NoMad Accommodation in Asia Pacific. Hilton will supervise operations of the 173-room luxury hotel, which will be positioned at the previous Faber House on Orchard Road. The lodging is set to open in very early 2027.

Made by WOHA, the hotel will present a biophilic design with a 15-storey waterfall and a “cliff-like verdant vertical landscape” established into the façade. There will likewise be an “urban verandah”: a public place on the third level that will certainly be used for art and design programming. UOL states the city verandah will additionally assist in future networks to bordering developments.

In 2021, UOL got in-principle authorizations to redevelop the location into a 19-storey hotel under URA’s Strategic Development Initiative (SDI) scheme. The lodging will also consist of business and retail space.
