Hilton to debut eight luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Asia Pacific
The brand-new accommodations are going to include in Hilton’s continuing profile of over 170 luxury and lifestyle resorts that are currently operational in Apac, taking it nearer to its target of going beyond 250 accommodations in the coming years.
Global hospitality group Hilton is readied to debut 8 brand names under its deluxe and life-style segment across various Asia Pacific (Apac) markets this year. In an April 27 announcement, the team claimed more than 15 openings are prepared for the region under this section in 2026.
2 of the companies making their debut are totally new to the Apac region: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was selected by UOL Group to handle NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the past Faber House site along Orchard Road. According to UOL Group’s annual report published in very early April, the hotel is scheduled to start in the 2nd half of 2026.
Some other label debuts consist of Canopy, which will release its very first Southeast Asia property with the 174-room Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit. Elsewhere, Curio Collection by Hilton and LXR Hotels & Resorts are both schedule to make their South Asian debuts with estates in Bengaluru.
More than the label released, Hilton has also signed several other new properties all over its luxury and lifestyle brands this year. These include two brand new LXR Hotels & Resorts properties in Japan’s Tokyo and Hakone Gora, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton lodging in Chiang Mai, and a Waldorf Astoria hotel in Goa, India.
“Asia Pacific continues to be an effective expansion engine for Hilton, and this newest surge of brand entries mirrors the strong demand we are viewing from owners for differentiated, high-performing labels,” states Alan Watts, president of Hilton, Asia Pacific.
In Malaysia, Hilton is going to launch the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad labels with 2 updated properties in Kuala Lumpur that are both arranged to open up by the end of 2026. At the same time, Vietnam will certainly see its first Tapestry Collection by Hilton with NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, expected to open in August this year.
Meanwhile, Signia by Hilton Tainan, placed in Taiwan, is a 344-key property set to open in July this year. The opening of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will deliver Hilton’s total presence in Apac to 16 brands– majority of its 27-brand profile.
