KF Property Network to close, agents can opt to transition to OrangeTee; rest of Knight Frank’s residential business intact
Since June 2026, KFPN had about 97 registered representatives. OrangeTee, a participant of Realion Group, has around 2,567 representatives, making it Singapore’s fourth-largest property company by signed up sales representatives.
It enters as Knight Frank looks to develop its emphasis on its strategic core business priorities and closer regional integration, according to a July 27 joint news.
This will help ensure continuity for customers while supporting the continued expansion of their businesses.
Justin Quek, CEO of OrangeTee and deputy group chief executive officer of Realion Team, noted that the company anticipates sustaining the salesmans from KFPN “as they work out in and proceed building on what they have currently achieved”.
Realty sales representatives from KF Property Network (KFPN) will likely be able to change to OrangeTee & Tie, following a contract in between OrangeTee and Knight Frank.
The firm added that while agents can select where they wish to register their permits, what makes this arrangement distinctive is that it is a structured, mutually recommended transition established directly between Knight Frank and OrangeTee management.
All agents at KFPN will be eligible for this business continuance strategy.
” Unlike individual transfers, this structured arrangement will certainly guarantee seamless administrative onboarding and, most significantly, absolutely no disturbance to clients these specialists serve,” Knight Frank told EdgeProp Singapore. “We are providing a confirmed, stable platform for their long-term career development.”
The collaboration in between the two companies to support KFPN agents adheres to “substantial strategic discussions” that started in late 2025, the announcement mentioned.
KFPN will cease to exist by the end of 2026, Knight Frank claimed in response to EdgeProp Singapore’s questions.
OrangeTee, on the other hand, claimed it is focused on developing a salesforce of like-minded specialists that share a commitment to professionalism and customer service.
In 2025, greater than 100 representatives from KFPN left for SRI. That made up about 40% of the 274-strong salesforce at Knight Frank Singapore’s company since January 2024, when it had been placed the sixth-largest property company in Singapore.
In recognizing the right firm for its salespersons, Knight Frank picked OrangeTee for its scale, innovation, training, client-first culture and governance that can sustain the representatives over the long term.
Tan Tee Khoon, head of KFPN, said: “We are confident that our sales reps who select to shift will locate both continuity and brand-new chances for growth.”
Salesmans that choose to relocate are going to have the ability to connect to expanded training, technology, business development resources and the more comprehensive Realion Group environment.
