Aberdeen partners Weave Living to buy six Tokyo residential properties
Aberdeen Investments is buying 6 houses in Tokyo in collaboration with Hong Kong-based rental accommodation provider Weave Living.
The properties being bought were protected off-market through Weave Living. Consisting of a total of 275 non commercial units, all six real estates were completed in between 2023 and 2026. They lie across different wards in central Tokyo, throughout a 10-minute walk of the nearby railway station.
The residential properties are being gotten in behalf of a European financier that is a long-term partner of Aberdeen in the region, the worldwide asset supervisor mentioned in an Aug 17 launch. The package value was not revealed.

The properties will deal with expanding demand for versatile living solutions in Japan, said Harumi Kadono, Aberdeen’s head of Japan real estate. “Partnering with Weave Living offers us an experienced manager on the ground in Tokyo and enables us to fulfill that demand with a genuinely differentiated rental product,” he added.
